JBEA developed a booth with the theme "Retro Discotheque" for Brigada Eskwela 2022. The photobooth, which is the major feature of the booth, allows you to take unique, creative images.

It is an orientation program which involves the Executives by equipping them with the proper mindset to start off their journey with guidance. It started with a DP Blast to formally open the school year. Followed by the visitation of different Grade 11 ABM sections around the campus. The orientation program take note of the organization’s mission, vision and projects.

JBEA Fundraising is a project wherein JBEA officers are encouraged to
donate 20 pesos to the organization per week. Also, a solicitation letter was sent to the government officials for JBEA’s additional fund which will be used to address the scarcity of classroom equipment in the ABM community.

It is an internship leadership program for the next governing executives to develop and improve their leadership skills while working with the chosen position they aim to apply for the following year.

The Junior Business Executives Association (JBEA) officers were appointed by the Youth Commission on Elections and Appointments (YCOMEA) as Elections Tabulators for the SSG Elections of the Academic Year 2022-2023.

This project provides academic assistance to the ABM students through study groups where they may ask their SPARK groupmates academic-related questions. It aims to provide academic assistance, lessen the stress regarding schoolwork, and build relationships through friendship and camaraderie.

A clean, bright, and fresh environment is important while learning as it helps students focus and be comfortable with their surroundings. Also, students must learn and practice being presentable not only at themselves but also in their workplace. For this reason, Classroom Clean, Bright, and Fresh is program to motivate students to clean and decorate their classrooms.

On Teachers' Day 2022, the Junior Business Executives Association (JBEA) officers and committees successfully held the SherBooth. It is a free sherbet initiative to express gratitude and appreciation to teachers for their tireless efforts and unwavering dedication.

An internet-accessible public library that will serve as a gateway to business-related resources for ABM students, thereby expanding their opportunities to acquire new knowledge in accountancy, business, and management.

This program aims to provide a platform for ABM students to connect with their fellow students. Its primary objective is to develop connections and bond among executives. This can also serve as a channel for them to express themselves, share various news stories or even their own hardships

This project aims to address the concerns and suggestions of the student body. This will ensure effective communication from their respective class and it may help to establish camaraderie within their peers.

The launching of the official student ID lanyard of the Junior Business Executives Association (JBEA) for the Academic Year 2022-2023

This project aims to emphasize the importance of drinking clean and safe water. Allowing water dispensers in the ABM Community will help students maintain a positive mental state even in hot weather. The profit will be used to purchase school supplies for students who are short on supplies for their studies.

DwA: SHS is a 3-week event mixed of both synchronous and asynchronous sessions that allow the youth all over the Philippines to hone their leadership skills through inner reflection and practical experiences.

This project aims to create an exciting yet challenging learning experience where Grade 12 ABM students will team up with their SPARK-mates in an advertisement making contest. The contestants will promote the positive features of ABM and must utilize social media platforms in creating a compelling marketing strategy.

It is a Christmas event edition organized by the Junior Business Executives Association (JBEA) to embrace and celebrate the birth of Jesus. Through this project, each classroom within the ABM Community will have a parol decoration that is exclusive to ABM to serve as a signature that connects both the stable of talents to the viewers and makes them feel the essence of Christmas.

In line with JBEA’s theme for the governing year, which is the innovation in academic excellence, this project aims to give the ABM learners an innovative experience to start off their journey as a member of the Del Pilarian Community.  JBEA 6th Founding Anniversary: ABM Innovate JBEA General Assembly is an event that aims to build camaraderie between the students and discuss topics related to business.

A year-end Thanksgiving celebration for the Grade 12 ABM students and advisers of the Academic Year 2022-2023

It is an event in which the Junior Business Executive Association (JBEA) will take a definitive move in promoting the brands of Grade 12 ABM students by providing them with a platform to do so. Grade 12 ABM students will be given the opportunity to advertise the products or services that they will be offering during the bazaar at Marcelo H. del Pilar National High School on the JBEA online platforms through this initiative.

Junior Business Executives Review is a compilation of projects from Accountancy, Business, and Management students, including Grade 12 Entrepreneurship Business Plans, Research Papers from Practical Research 2 and Research Project, and Socio-Economic Impact Assessment from Applied Economics along with Grade 11 Marketing Plans from Principles of Marketing and Research Papers from Practical Research 1.

It is an annual group quiz bee organized by the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants-National Malolos (JPIA-Malolos). It is an opportunity for the JBEA-ABM participants to test their accounting knowledge and skills, and to interact and learn with their peers from the largest student organization in the Philippines composed of accountancy and accounting-major-related students. 

This initiative entails a complimentary in-person review session arranged by Wisdom Academic PH and UP LAKAN, aimed at equipping Grade 11 students with the necessary preparation for their desired colleges' entrance exams. The program catered to Grade 11 ABM, STEM, and HUMSS students, offering high-quality review sessions led by UP students and alumni. Through answering exam-like questions, students were assessed on their knowledge, enhancing their skills and expanding their understanding. 

This project aims to provide academic assistance to Grade 12 and Grade 11 ABM Students specifically in Fundamentals of Accountancy, Business, and Management. This will be implemented through study groups where members can ask questions, clarifications, and FABM-related inquiries. Awarding will be conducted to motivate them, which will be based on the representative’s monthly reportabout their progress.

This outreach program aims to address this issue by providing researchers with the skills and knowledge necessary to prepare for practical research projects. By participating in this program, researchers will learn how to identify research questions, design appropriate research methodologies, and anticipate potential challenges. They will also learn strategies for managing data and analysis, as well as how to effectively communicate their findings to others.

This project marks the beginning of the selection process for the upcoming group of exceptional leaders known as the Next-ecutives. It invites Grade 11 ABM students who possess the qualities and potential to assume leadership roles and create a significant and enduring influence on their future endeavors.
